Clear Process Solutions has helped a client automate, streamline and improve their process for creating Business Partners through a Winshuttle Form and workflow.  The BP creation process can be very cumbersome and tedious within SAP.  Users need to keep track of all of the fields that are required based on so many things:  Which Business Partner Grouping? Which Grouping requires a Vendor? Which Grouping requires Customer?  When are both a Vendor and a Customer Required?  Not to mention that actual creation process – Creating the business partner itself; Creating the Customer; Creating the Vendor… CPS has automated the entire process! In a single form and workflow, we were able to accommodate 20 Business Partner Grouping scenarios.  All with business rules managed by the business owners (not IT) as they change and while making the user experience guided and smart so that the right data is provided at the right time!  Clean, validated and accurate before being posted to SAP.
