The mobilized surgical technologies company decided to implement Qlik and a data strategy that focused on data-informed decision making. This data & analytics platform fit in their architecture design, had an intuitive user interface and enabled faster time-to-value with new development. The creation of multiple apps and sheets across sales (historical trends and forecasting), operations (geography analysis to increase asset utilization) and leadership teams resulted in streamlining their process and data and empowered their teams to be more effective with their decision-making. 

There are multiple other applications on their roadmap including focusing more on operational metrics, HR metrics and training/certification analysis. The roadmap also includes continued business enablement through change management, additional training, and application enhancements.
