Senior Winshuttle / Precisely Process Developer

Location: United States, Remote within U.S.

We are looking for people who are excellent communicators, process oriented with a desire to work with technology to tackle new challenges and have the curiosity to ask questions to help businesses grow. As a Senior Process Developer, you will gain experience implementing solutions on multiple platforms that CPS uses to bring customer success.

Responsibilities:

• Use Precisely Automate Evolve (previously Winshuttle Foundation and Winshuttle Evolve) platforms to develop and deliver medium to high complex forms and workflows based on functional and technical requirements
• Utilize Precisely Automate Studio (previously Winshuttle Studio / Transaction / Query) to develop scripts across a wide range of SAP transactions, which can be executed as standalone scripts or as part of an integrated web service
• Understand customer needs and challenges and leverage experience to provide consultative expertise and innovative solutions
• Lead unit and user acceptance testing to identify any gaps in functional or technical requirements
• Create high quality project documentation and other project artifacts
• Update or modify existing solutions that may not have been developed by CPS
• Collaborate with CPS team members and clients to deliver Business Process Automation solutions which positively impact the client’s organization and results
• Work and collaborate with internal CPS resources on internal and external projects
• Bring new ideas and concepts to the CPS team to continue to improve delivery methodologies, driving improved efficiencies and improved client results and experience.
• Expand technical knowledge by learning to develop solutions in one or more of the platforms CPS uses to deliver business process automation
• Support the CPS SolutionCARE support team by providing technical support for client requests
• Provide Architect level responsibilities on simple complexity / small projects in some cases with Architect oversight
• Support the CPS Sales and Marketing teams by providing pre-sales expertise and marketing collateral as needed
• Mentor and assist other employees
• Other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years experience with Precisely (Winshuttle) Foundation, Evolve, Studio and SAP
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and oral communication as well as interpersonal skills
• Experience working directly with various levels of client or internal team members including management
• Highly motivated and able to perform in a remote work environment, independently as well as in team settings
• Self-starter approach to work with an eagerness to consistently meet and exceed objectives

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Prior consulting experience
• Knowledge of SQL databases with ability to create tables and write SQL statements
• Knowledge of Microsoft Visual Basic
• Knowledge of other business process automation platforms such as AgilePoint and Power Automate
