The grocery store chain’s CFO reached out to CPS for guidance regarding their organization’s data & analytics strategy. CPS and the grocery store chain partnered together to create their data & analytics roadmap.  To do so, CPS conducted interviews with employees at each level of the organization. The goal was to understand the regional grocery chain’s:

  3. Identify any gaps or needs in the current state
